    Hi,

Double check with stripe, all the setting is completed and correct.
We Enable Payment Request Buttons. (Apple Pay/Google Pay), but still the google and apple pay are not work. Is it any setting in woocommerce?

    Many Thanks

    Hi, @anton2oc!

I’d love to help you with this. Do you have a product page I can check?

Also, are you trying to view your site from a compatible device with a payment method added? One way you can check for device compatibility, at least for Apple Pay, is by visiting https://applepaydemo.apple.com/

If the device you’re using is compatible, the Apple Pay button should show up like so:

    Hi @dcka,

    Thank for your reply.
the testing device is iphone 11 and chrome + safari.
Can display the “pay” button, but after click the button, system will return the fail message “Apple pay not completed, this website was not able to complete the payment. please try again.”

Besides, the apipay button does not show, although the alipay payment is enable

    Hi @anton2oc,

Without a product area to test, we can only test on our own sites with devices, and we are not seeing any errors with Apple or Google Pay. In this case, double check with the settings for both based on the setup documentation at this link.

It is also possible if everything is set up correctly, that there is a theme or plugin conflict which is causing the buttons not to operate correctly. To test this, make sure to have a staging or test site – a staging site is a clone or copy of the Live site, used for testing. You can reach out to your Host if you need to have a staging site set up, as they usually can assist you with this.

With the test/staging site, do the following:

    1. Temporarily switch your theme to the Storefront or Twenty Twenty Theme.
    2. Disable all plugins except for WooCommerce and Stripe.
    3. Test to see if the issue has been resolved.

If that resolves the issue, then one-by-one you can switch back your theme and re-enable your plugins, testing in between, until you find the one causing the conflict.

    Let us know the results!
