I’m having a bit of trouble with the appearance of my website https://www.gratischat.dk on mobile devices. It shows up with an empty sidebar covering most of the screen which is obviously not what I want. I’m using a child theme and just deleted and reinstalled the parent theme but the problem persists. Any help will be much appreciated.

Its not actually a problem with the theme.

The child theme that you have is messing things up.
The CSS mods that it contains are not correct.

Not sure where you got that child theme from but its not one of mine.

Also whatever you are doing with the Javascript may be interfering with operation of the menus. Not sure if you’re using some kind of ‘Javascript to the bottom plugin’.

Suggest you remove the child theme, turn off any excess plugins and then start modding the theme from there if you want to change how the basic theme works.

I did the child theme myself and it only contains very few alterations. I tried with a fresh installation of the parent theme w/o child and it still looked strange. However, I do have jscript in the menu and a move to bottom plugin, so that’s probably the issue. Thanks!
