Appending Domain Source to download URL (in admin area)

Hi,

After a user uploads their file everything seems to be fine. When the admin logs into the WP admin area to retrieve the file(users files area) it seems to append the source to the front of the link. In other words it doubles the link up.

Example:
https://www.website.com/conmain/uploads/https://www.website.com/conmain/uploads/user_uploads/pay6/comp_calc_june_14_john.xlsx

Any idea why this might be happening?
