Appended URL Variable

We are using the redirection plugin (Version 2.3.14) on our site and it works great. The only issue we are running in to is if the address has any appended URL variables with it. When this happens, it will go to 404. So a standard URL (domain.com/blog/page/) will redirect just fine but (domain.com/blog/page/?dm=123) will not.
Is there a way to avoid this? Any insight is appreciated in advance!
