Append to Infusionsoft Person Notes

That is a restriction from Infusionsoft. You can however overcome this by creating a custom field for putting the notes into and appending to that

Sorry. I actually put that answer under the wrong question. You can append to a persons notes field by mapping your Gravity Forms field to the ‘ContactNotes’ field.

Sorry. My mistake, that wasn’t the issue we were having.

The problem was that if you have a series of questions and you want the answers to each appended to Person Notes in Infusionsoft, you are not able to. Using this addon, you can only have a single answer per form appended to the Person Notes field.

This is very limiting. If you have a questionnaire/s for example, your burning up your Infusionsoft custom fields pretty quickly if you use this addon. Using Infusionsoft forms, you don’t have this issue as you can have many questions in a single form, all being appended to the person notes.
