Append querystring to URLs?

Thanks for a fantastic plugin as always. One useful addition: Please add a way to input a default querystring to append to all URLs shown shown via RSS Multi feeds (the string could be set in the general settings, or when adding a widget, for example). This would make things like affiliate tracking a lot easier. Really hope this can make it into an upcoming version – thanks in advance!
