Append language to menu custom links

Hi, can someone pleas help me with this issue
When I create a custom link in the menu:
for example
url: https://thewebsite/test/
label: Testthe url is not updated to include the language like https://thewebsite/EN/test/
so everytime I click on this link it redirects me to my default language
is there a filter for this in qtranslate_hooks.php
