appears to break on buddyboss

    i have to remove the shortcode. buddyboss is based on buddypress…this shortcode “almost” works, but at the moment it breaks the pages it’s placed on and crashes the server.

    any tips?

    Hi @dainismichel ,

    It would be difficult to provide a solution without examining the website on which you have installed this plugin.

    You can follow the following steps to debug and fix the issue at your end.

    • Can you check the server log and check for any conflicts or errors?
    • Also, try deactivating plugins and themes one by one to make sure no other plugin/theme/function is conflicting with the plugin.
    • If you have installed a commercial theme than revert to default wordpress theme and check if it solves your problem as in majority of the cases such issues occur due to conflict with an theme/plugin.
