    Hi everyone,

I loved this plugin from the first time and it works especially well with the Audiotheme Promenade theme that I purchased, but I found a little problem.

I am building an online music store for my client using Woocommerce plugin. I am showing the player for the playlist in the description of the products like you can see here https://bunkermusik.com/shop/ and it works great.

But after I do a search for a category or whatever there appears the playlist code instead of the player like you can see here https://bunkermusik.com/?s=relax

I would appreciate any help, thanks

Thanks for bringing this up, I’ve got the same issue.
The solution is probably easily resolvable by adding shortcode support to the search mechanism of WordPress.

    I will look into this.

Actually, the support team from Audiothemes helped me solving this issue. Here is their answer:

“It looks like that’s a quirk with the way WordPress works. When displaying automatic excerpts, shortcodes like [cue] are stripped from the content. However, when using a manual excerpt, they aren’t stripped, but they also aren’t processed.

It looks like products in WooCommerce use the manual excerpt field for descriptions, which is why the raw shortcode is showing up in your search results like that.

You might take a look at this article to see if it’ll help you enable shortcodes in your excerpts: https://www.engagewp.com/insert-shortcodes-text-widgets-excerpts/

Follow the link, it worked for me
