\ appearing in emails when company name has a ‘ in it

    Hi, I have set up the plug in and most is working well.

    One issue is that the business name has a ‘ in it, and all the system e-mails (buyer e-mail, recipient e-mail) add a \ to the company name. How can I stop this from happening?
