    Simply include these lines in your wp-config file

    define(‘WPLANG’, ”);
    define( ‘WPCF7_ADMIN_READ_CAPABILITY’, ‘manage_options’ );
    define( ‘WPCF7_ADMIN_READ_WRITE_CAPABILITY’, ‘manage_options’ );

    your problem will be solved.
