Appearence issues.

Hi, I want to hide the feadture images from my article but the problem is that i have to upload a featured image for every article because https://trippindian.com/reviews/ this page picks the feature image to be displayed with the article.

Is there a way to upload a featured image for an article but it does not show when the article is opened.
