Appearance – Themes

    In the instructons, you click on Appearance > THEMES > Install themes

    But when I click on the above….Install THEMES does not come up.
    ??????????????????????????????????? What am I missing?

    And I have followed the instructions to add my Wordpres theme from themefoest.com….and have checked to see that the subfolder of the theme has similar contents as the existing theme that is showing, which I don’t want to use……but this new theme does not show so that I can click on “ACTIVATE” as instructed to add it to my site.
    ???????????????? HELP
