    Hi @akrambourchada ,
    Can you please tell me what you mean by appearance problem? We do have separate settings to control tablet and mobile views. You can change column, column gap, row gap, and other things separately. See it here: Image. Did you explore those settings yet?

    Yes, I know that. A month ago, I sent a support ticket that the settings do not change with the phone and the tablet , and I sent an explanatory video, but so far there are no fixes

    Hello @akrambourchada ,

    You had a problem in the slide view with responsive mode when I change to a tablet or phone mode and we already fix that issue via a plugin update months ago. Since then, we haven’t received any email from you, unfortunately. Can you please contact our support again? We will try to fix your issue as soon as possible.
