I’m trying to update the theme of my website from the Sparkling theme (see uwindsor.ewb.ca) to the OneTone theme.

Even after updating to WP V4.5, I do not see the Appearance tab whatsoever, which means that I can not change themes, even after downloading the OneTone theme and adding the OneTone folder to the Themes Folder via FileZilla.

This is what my dashboard looks like. https://s30.postimg.org/5egn7yhgx/fdsf.png

I should note that I’m a bit of an amateur with WordPress. I’m just learning as I go concerning how to use WordPress.

You’re missing quite a bit there, it sounds like you aren’t logged in as an Administrator.

Does anyone else have access to the site? If so, ask if they have access to the Users tab. If they do, they can promote your user to an Administrator role.
