• Hi Vasyl, hi everyone,

I do discover AAM 2 with pleasure the same way I liked AAM 1..

By the way, I have a problem with the Appearance section: some menu entries are still there even when they are filtered by AAM.

For example, I modify the ‘editor’ role by adding theming capabilities:
    – Edit Themes > NOT activated
    – Edit Theme Options > activated

Appearance section is activated and I restrict this :
    – Widgets > selected
    – Menus > NOT selected
    – Header > selected
    – Background > selected

And the ‘editor’ User can see the Appearance menu with those entries:
    – Customize
    – Menu
    – Header
    – Background

I also tried by activating all theming capabilities :
    – Switch Themes
    – Edit Themes
    – Update Themes
    – Install Themes
    – Edit Theme Options

and by restricting all Appearance section except Menus.

The result is the same: Appearance section with the same 4 entries as previous test..

I see that in any cases, two options can not be restricted in the Appearance section (remains always NOT selected after saving):
    – Header
    – Background
leaving these 3 entries in the Appearance menu:
    – Customize
    – Header
    – Background

So, is there something that I can do if I want ‘editor’ role to see only the ‘Menu’ entry in the Appearence menu?

    Regards,
    Johan
