Appearance > Menu Drag and Drop issue

  • Have recently updated WordPress as well as a couple plugins that we use (Mainly Business Directory plugin) however I’m now unable to drag and drop my menu items for my Header menu.

    I’m not sure if this is an update bug, some code in the php, or something else.

    Does anybody know of how I could fix this?

    I’ve also found that my hyperlink button doesn’t respond when looking in Visual mode when uploading a post – however I\m still able to add it in manually.

  • Have you tried deactivating ALL plugins and switching to twentytwelve theme to start trying to identify what’s causing that problem?

    Also make sure you pick the actual “menu” you created in “Manage Locations”

    To ensure that it is actually picking up the menu you created.
