Appearance Issue

Hope you’re doing well today! Thank you for reaching out to us.

I’ve installed Forminator on a new Elementor website and it’s having an appearance issue on some gadgets.

Can you please confirm if you have already tried checking the form on an incognito/private browser on those specific gadgets? If possible, can you please share the Page URL of the live site where we can check the form?

Further, you can also test the form and check how it looks when you add the “nocache” parameter to the page URL For example: yourdomain.com/formpage/?nocache=1 and check if the form is showing with the correct style changes.

In case you notice the form is visible fine, it should confirm the issue could be related to some caches from the site/browser, in that case, you can navigate to WP Admin >> Forminator >> Forms >> Edit form >> Behavior >> Scroll down to “Rendering” >> Enable the toggle “Prevent page caching on form pages” >> Save Settings. Please refer to the screenshot below.

Once done, you can clear all caches (server/website caches if any and the browser caches) and then check the page if the form looks fine.

However, in case, none of this helps, please let us know the page URL where we can check the form on the frontend and replicate the issue so that we can troubleshoot the issue further.

Please go to aurixis(dot)net and check the contact page on different gadgets. I have tried all the changes as you advised but nothing helped. Please check.

Is the issue specific with any specific browser or device? At the moment, the form is loading fine when I check the /contact page on multiple browsers.

Based on site source it seeme you use WP Fastest Cache plugin. We are only able to see the issue when we type your contact page with additional parameter like /?nocache. With that parameter in url the Forminator CSS doesn’t load.

In the first place try to exclude Frominator files in WP Fastest Cache from minification:

/wp-content/plugins/forminator/assets/js/library/jquery.validate.min.js
/wp-content/plugins/forminator/assets/forminator-ui/js/forminator-form.min.js
/wp-content/plugins/forminator/build/front/front.multi.min.js
/wp-content/plugins/forminator/assets/js/library/intlTelInput.min.js

and see if that helps.

Also please navigate to Forminator -> Settings -> Data. In the section “File Upload Storage” please type manually “/wp-content/uploads/forminator” as we have some reports in this matter that such a path needs to be entered on some host.
