Appearance > Customize Widgets not available

    Hi,

    After I called GOdaddy, they did some test and disable/enable all plugins plus theme, after that the widgets in customize menu are not available (.

    I can’t access and edit all the widgets in my theme frontpage (Parallax Section, Call To Action, etc)
    Anyone had this kind of issue?

    You can configure the widgets from the Appearance -> Widgets. If you’re talking about the Theme Options (Parallax Section, Call To Action, etc..) then try reactivating the theme. Even if doesn’t work then it’s a serious issue and you need to either contact your HOST or THEME_AUTHOR.

    Wish you’ll get the solution asap.

    Hi Tanay,

    Thanks for the answer. Yes, the “Home Page Settings” (with Home Featured Box, Home Call to Action, Home Parallax, Home Blogs, Home Clients Logo) in Customize Area are not available. But funny, this issue is only in Google Chrome, everything is normal in Internet Explorer and Firefox.

    Fix it, so silly, was the browser’s cache. After I clear the browsing data, everything came back to normal.
