Appearance > Customize = White screen

    Hello everyone,

    I’m using scrollme and everything was alright until this morning when I logged in to proceed with my changes and couldn’t load the appearance > customize screen.
    Besides, my website stays only in preload.

    After many tries, I’ve installed a debug plugin and that’s the error that I believe be the guilty:

    I got the same bug, I couldn’t load the appearance > customize screen.
    I uninstall “ScrollMe” and then I installed it yesterday. All going well until this morning. The same bug.
    I did “ScrollMe” update today … but it’s still the Same.

    When we tested with the latest version of the theme, the customizer panel screen is working properly.

    @1462849 Can you please check by disabling the plugin. The error

    is caused by the theme and it should not break the website. We will fix it in the update release. But the error

    does seems to be from the theme which is breaking the website.

    Please update your theme to the latest version and let us know if the problem still exists.

    @access Keys There is no update available, I am having the same issue with the blank white screen when using the theme customizer.

    Theme installed today. Working for 6 hours and suddenly the customize screen doesn’t load.

    The appearance > customize screen still doesn’t work when I update to the version 1.1.0.

    We must uninstall and then reinstall WordPress.
    I also deleted my old database to create a new one.
    Now, the “appearance > customize screen” appears.
    I just have to check in about 24 hours if the “appearance > customize screen” is still accessible.
    And I will confirm if everything works.

    There is again the same problem. After I hit the “Appearance> Customize> Horizontal Scroll Page Sections > Service Settings” for a change. The customize menu no longer appears.

    This area is very sensitive!

    We have fixed this issue in our latest version 1.1.1
    Please update your theme to the latest version and thank you every one for your feedback that helped us to notice the problem and fix it.
