    Hi,

    Hope you are doing good!
    Is it possible to have a pop up appear after 5 mins when a user is on our website to prompt them to complete the popup form?

    Yes, it is possible to display a popup after 5 minutes when a user is on your website. To achieve this, kindly use the Trigger: Auto Open / Time Delay and set the delay settings. I believe the ms for 5 minutes would be 300000 ms.
