Apparent time out when entering credit card info

    Hi, I’m the guy that built our woocommerce site. I’m a third party hired by a company whose client is the owner of the site.

    The site is up and running (https://lesjardins.solar), but no one is purchasing anything. I’m told (3rd hand) that people are abandoning the cart after a time out when entering credit card info.

    Any ideas or suggestions as to what I could do?

    Hi there

    Have you taken a look at the site and tried to place an order to see what happens or if any errors are shown to the customers? I don’t see a specific payment gateway listed in your status report (but there is a known issue where some plugins that are active are not listed).

    Please test the checkout process and let us know exactly what happens and when, and what payment gateway you are using and we can point you in the right direction.

    We haven’t heard back from you in a while, so I’m going to mark this as resolved – if you have any further questions, you can start a new thread.
