App store not working correctly

    Hi,

    the App Store details for the apps are not workign correctly. I have two cases:
    1) in this page (/2020/03/canal-panda-lanca-aplicacao-movel-dedicada-as-criancas-portuguesas) it’s stating that the app is not found in the store, therefore no info for the app is showed. But the app is there, the links showed work fine. Why isn’t the info presented?
    2) in this page (/2020/02/jogos-da-semana-election-year-knockout-e-overdrive-city-entre-outros/) all the app store info is presented but all in gray and the download link is slashed. All the apps are available in the app store. Why does it show like this?

    Try resetting the blocked requests and not found apps in the WP-Appbox settings (tab “Advanced”, at the bottom).

    There can be several reasons (certainly not completely, because unfortunately you do not provide any real information):

    • Answer of the Apple server or processing on your server took too long. In both cases it helps to increase the timeout time in the WP-Appbox settings.
    • Too many requests to Apple, causing your server to be locked for a (usually specific) period of time.

    Unfortunately, there is no solution for this – either the server delivers data or for the reasons mentioned above it does not. I don’t have a handle on that.

    If the apps were once displayed correctly and only became “grey” over time: Increase the expiration time of the app cache in the WP-Appbox settings. In this case, I think there are too many (automatic) requests to the Apple server.
