App sound when receive order

Hi

we are about to start receiving real orders in a food ecommerce. Is a restaurant, so the order must be received in the moment.

In the woo app, in 2 different android devices, it does make any sound when a real order comes. In one of them, shows notification and sound only when entering the phone, but not when locked screen.

In the other: nothing, no sound or notification

Is there any way to get instant sounds when receiving an order?
