App Scopes Not Found?

Hi, I can’t find any of the scopes needed for the zoom app. “View and manage sub account’s user meetings”, for example, is a category containing 39 separate scopes. There is no plain old meeting:master scope. Same with every other scope that the setup instructions list. I’ve tried adding every child scope of each category, but the app is hard capped to 50 scopes, so this isn’t possible either.

Could this have something to do with the new granular and optional scopes changes that zoom rolled out, last week?

I’m the account owner, so I don’t think there’s any way to add more scopes. What am I missing, here? Any help would be appreciated, thanks.
