app not in cache

    I am using 3.4.4 plugin version.

    This problem has already been there for quite a long time for me.

    The plugin works fine after a fresh install. But after it refresh the cache, or I do this manually, all cache is gone. Error says ‘app not in cache’.

    I guess I need to modify the permission of some file/folder?

    Please advise. Thank you very much.

    Hm, not yet. :-/

    Could you please check the database if there is a table named “…appbox”?

    Yeah, it is in the database. And I did some observation about it.

    If I delete the plugin and install again, it will write the app information to the wpappbox table. When I try to manually renew a cache record or allow it to auto-refresh, that record(s) just disappear from the database. There is now no record in the wpappbox.

    Hm, I didn’t get it.

    It working after re-install and shows app badges?

    After renew one app, the table is cleared and every app shows the error message?

    I mean, if I let it refresh automatically, after this occurs, the table will be cleared.

    If I manually renew one app, that app will disappear while others are still there.

    I have the same problem, have you solved it?
