App – I can’t reset the password

  • I can’t reset the password, it writes “Invalid email” – while several websites I create have the email and (not visible) password! Please solve it as soon as possible!

    Sorry, but we’re not sure what you are reffering to. Can you please desribe the issue you have a bit more?

    When I enter one of my account management pages (/wp-admin/admin.php?page=cookie-notice), I entered App ID (Enter your Cookie Compliance? application ID) and App Key (Enter your Cookie Compliance? application secret key). Unfortunately, this is not in my notes and I cannot retrieve the password (I know it must be here): https://app.hu-manity.co/#/en/cc2/login

    You entered App ID and App Key and what happened? Didn’t it work?
    If you can’t access your account why don’t you use the Forgot Password functionality? If you can’t access your account where did you get the App ID/Key from?

    No, I don’t know the “App key”! And I can’t reset it! As I wrote:
