App Credentials are wrong

  • Hi there,

    I get this error:

    We are not able to access Facebook event: 709370899413313. Possible reasons: – App Credentials are wrong – Facebook event is not public or some restrictions are there like age,country etc.

    Where do I have to look?

    Thanks for reaching out to us.

    You get an error because of you haven’t make an event as interested/going.can you please make an event as interested/going and then try to import its works.Also check it out document here which is helpful to you how to import events.Also, make sure you are using the latest version of the plugin and you have authorized with Facebook successfully.
