App – App Content HTTP 500

We just installed WP Church Admin and we like it. We added our member directory and calendar events. We wanted to configure the APP, but when I select App->AppContent I get HTTP 500 Internal Server Error. I checked the server system log file and no error message is being written there. Where else would the error message be written to?
