Apostrophes showing up as errors?

I just successfully transferred my blog to a new domain (yay me!) – the only glitch I can currently find is that every apostrophe is showing up as a little question mark symbol.

Any ideas? Cause you never realize just how many times you use an apostrophe until your faced with having to manually change all of them.
