Apostrophes change into hex code

I have an apostrophe in the name of my website and I can’t for the life of me figure out how to get the apostrophe to actually display instead of turning into hex code when it posts to Facebook.
Also the description/summary of the post has disappeared and now I don’t even know where it’s pulling the text it’s using.
