apostrophe in the title

Hi,
I don’t understand why, if I put an apostrophe in the title, on the frontpage what is after the apostrophe is deletes. In other words if the title is, i.e.:

that’s all

it shows

that

and nothing else. The only way to see it, is to use the code $apos; or &#39
I did try to check if it was the same in caption and description and, unfortunately, so it was.

Is there a way, or anyone manage to use the apostrophe without using the code?
