Apostrophe In Email Subject Line Gets Encoded

    My blog title has an apostrophe [Subin’s Blog]. When I send emails, the blog title changes to :

    Please confirm subscription – Subin's Blog newsletter

    How can I prevent this and use apostrophe in my blog name setting.

    Thank you for youe report. Try to change the email subject writing the blog title there instead of the placeholder {blog_title}.

    I’ll check the problem, probably WP is returning as blog title the encoded version.

    But the problem exist in emails sent for subscription confirmation.

    Do I have to manually change all the subjects ?

    The subject and the text for those emails are configurable in the subscription configuration panel. You should just change that configuration.

    So the solution for now is to change the subject manually
