Apostrophe code showing publicly on products on Instagram

  • Our products on Instagram are suddenly showing the code for the apostrophe in the title publicly, but only on select products.

    After checking the CSV file, some of the products use the code ' and others use something like a€~. It seems to be the ones with ' that are showing up.

    This did not always happen and is a new thing. I have photos of the CSV file and the products on Instagram but it won’t let me add them here without an URL.

    Please advise?

    As you said, you have an issue with the product title; it shows the HTML entity for a few products. Please use the output type Strip_Tags with the title. Hopefully, It will resolve your issue.
