Apostrophe becoming forward slash when used in registration

  • Hey there,

    I currently have a problem where First and Last names that include apostrophes are being changed to include forward slashes when used during registration.

    e.g. O’Farrell become O/’Farrell

    This is quite suboptimal –?is there any way to fix?
