    Customers on our Free plans can only submit tickets for billing, account, and registrar issues.

    Cloudflare support

    The above message should have been pretty big and highlighted at the time I purchased the plan.

    If I paid for the ‘APO’, well, I’m not on the ‘Free plan’, do you agree?

    Honestly, I feel completely offended.

    I don’t recommend Cloudflare’s ‘APO’, you’re on your own.

    This is not the answer I would want to read on my cloudflare dashboard.

    The WordPress plugin was not detected on my website.

    I already disabled all the plugins and put it in the default theme and it never worked.

    I’ve followed all the tutorials and videos on the internet and nothing…

    Cloudflare Free + APO is not the same as Cloudflare Pro. Don’t expect to receive the same level of support when you’re only paying USD 5.00/month.

    For most part, you can find an answer to your issue(s) in this forum or Cloudflare’s Community Forum. Grab a cup of coffee and search a bit. You can also post your issue(s) on Cloudflare’s Community Forum for a response and/or solution by one of Cloudflare’s team members or MVPs.
