API/Plugin for user management?

    Hi,

    I’m looking at implementing this, and was wondering if anyone else has already. Basically, what I need is something just like the XMLRPC APIs that already exist, except that they deal with user data instead of article data.

    I’m looking at implementing features like add user, modify user, delete user, etc.
