    Hello,

    A client has successfully been using an APIP Integration with Royal Mail to dispatch orders. but yesterday afternoon it stopped working.

    The integration was deleted and tried to reinstall but I’m getting the following error

    WooCommerce API returned HTTP response [401]

    Any thoughts on how to resolve this?

    Hi there,

    Thanks for reaching out.

    To better understand the site setup, I need to check your system status report. You can get it by navigating to the WooCommerce / Status section of your site. Once there, click on the Get system report button and then copy it by clicking on the Copy for support button. Then paste it here in a comment.
