API Upload: Unsupported Media Type

Are you talking about this:

If yes, this is something that can be used with the JW Platform, not with the self hosted version of the player.

If I’m missing something, please let me have more details.

I think I’m on the self-hosted tier at the moment. Thanks for the feedback.

Looks like I’m not on the self-hosted version. I’ve uploaded the video to JW Player and am using the video hash to play the video.

Also, how do I set the poster image in the shortcode? I tried [jwplayer <hash> image=”<file>”] and it shows up in the javascript snippet, but the poster image isn’t used.

Are you sure that you’re using my plugin?
The shortcode to use is [jw7-video] and here you can find all the options available.
