• The whole site went down when I created an API key through your plugin, I couldn’t access the login page either. My host had to edit the code so I could enter it again. WooCommerce was disabled and he had to change some code “renamed .htacess file as .htccess-bacup and created one default .htacessa”.

I deleted the pluggin and reinstalled it. Then I went through investigating, I corrected the geotag but the site still was not up. I went through the settings and reset, deleting all data I had created through Woocommerce, this did not work either.

    Could you please help me?
I would really like to use your pluggin and was told that I needed to contact you “for any requirements need to be updated on server for the plugin to run from our end”. Also would be great to successfully run an API key with Woocommerce….

    Thank you,
    Sare

What type of key? I’m not really sure what you mean – you have the plugin activated if you can see the status report!
