API tests OK but checkout box will not autocomplete

I have enabled the two necessary API’s and tested them via your plugin – the search field works OK in the test page however with the billing and shipping autocomplete tick boxes selected, neither will autocomplete on the checkout page. I have tried every option but cannot get this to work or even an error message…
