API return “sms sent” but not in the gatewaydashboard

    Hi

    I have WP SMS using Forminator pro integration and primotexto gateway.

    BUT despite the internal WP SMS dashboard says “sms sent” and returns a “sent” message from API, the gateway dashboard dont show anyting.

    I would need to find the exact query sent to this gateway to give them that info and analyse what is happening.

    Where can I find those queries ?

    Please note that we follow the Primotexto SMS API guidelines, which you can review here: https://www.primotexto.com/api/sms/notification.asp.

    You can also find the codes related to this gateway on our GitHub at https://github.com/wp-sms/wp-sms/blob/master/includes/gateways/class-wpsms-gateway-primotexto.php#L73:L86.

    Could you please check the API responses in the “SMS > Outbox” section of your WordPress admin area and share a screenshot of the responses with us? If possible, kindly blur or crop any sensitive information for privacy.

    That is the point precisely. I also sent same infos and primotexto php gateway file to primotexto to check this side too…

    Here the screen : says all ok ??

    It returns “sent” but nothing is sent indeed….

    the 2 “salut” messages on the screenshot were “sent” using the manual sending box ??

    We have tested with primotexto and there is definitly something wrong : nothing is sent to the API despite the pannel says “sent OK”.

    I changed gateway (spot-hit) it works fine BUT still have issues with formintor integration. Still testing ??

    After conducting thorough tests, I can confirm that the Forminator integration works as expected. During our tests, the data from the Forminator forms is successfully passed, and the attempt to send the message is triggered as expected.

    Please note that issues with gateways and integrations (including Forminator) are separate concerns.

    That said, could you please elaborate on “still have issues with formintor integration”? Any screenshots or screencasts would be incredibly helpful in diagnosing the problem.

    Additionally, we are waiting for Primotexto to provide us with a test account so that we can test the gateway further and identify any potential issues.
