API problem on iPhone

    Hi

    My client told me he could not see a map on his computer or smart phone. I checked myself on a Mac and Windows laptop but I see the map.

    But on my iPhone (and a friend his iPhone) the map will not load.
    I get a message with something like “This API project is not authorised to use this API…” and “Whoops, something went wrong”.

    While checking on a Samsung / android smarthphone, the map wil load correctly…

    I enabled all 4 api’s like in your youtube video, I did the http restrictions for the API key… So it looks like the map is not working on an iPhone.

    What can I try to let it work on an iPhone?

    Update:

    Apparently it doesn’t work on some devices. Some laptops and smartphones gives this message “This API project is not authorized to use this API. Please ensure this API is activated in the Google Developers.”.

    While other laptops and smartphones shows the map.

    Hi

    I re-entered the API key and re-entered the restrictions. For now it seems to work again on my and my colleagues laptops and phones.

    I asked my customer to see if he still has the problem on his laptop and phone. I am waiting on his answer. I hope the re-entering helped. Will post his answer as soon as I know more.

    My client told me it worked now on his computer.
