API Premium Paid for and Renewed but Still Inactive & Support is 0

    I renewed the Premium API and paid for it, but it is still inactive in my WordPress Website Plugin Page. I contacted them and now it shows renewed on my Nextscripts account page, however it is still inactive in my WordPress Website Plugin Page. I contacted them and they have not replied for 8 days now. They do not care once you pay and their support is useless and zero. They simply don’t care to reply.

    I tried to re-install the SNAP Pro Upgrade Helper and re-enter the activation code. The SNAP Premium API is still inactive.

    I have been trying to contact their support for 8 days now to help resolve this issue and opened a ticket.

    Unfortunately they simply do not reply. Don’t waste your money.
