API sent over email not working. Status is blank in general settings. When live rates is enabled, the website returns an error in the cart page and doesnt load: “There has been a critical error on this website.”

    Hello @mollysbackyard,

I’m sorry that you’re experiencing a fatal error with our plugin.

Do you mean that the API key that you received from Australia Post Developer Center (as per our documentation) is not working?

The API connection status in general settings should be either green OK or red with an error message – could you elaborate on what do you mean by “blank” status?

May I kindly ask you to share the screenshot of the fatal error you’re experiencing?

Lastly, could you please go to WooCommerce > Status > Logs and find the “fatal-errors-” from the date you experienced it?

Due to the sensitive data that can be in these screenshots and logs, it’s best if you don’t post them here on the forum, but you reach us out via our email support:

When writing to us, please insert a link to this thread, so we can help you faster:

    Hello,

I’m having a 403 error in the “API connection status” that reads:

The request could not be satisfied.

Request blocked. We can’t connect to the server for this app or website at this time. There might be too much traffic or a configuration error. Try again later, or contact the app or website owner.
If you provide content to customers through CloudFront, you can find steps to troubleshoot and help prevent this error by reviewing the CloudFront documentation.”
