API KEYS BANNED

    When I purchased my ecommerce store I received my API keys. I printed out the wordpress API keys for my files. I have been trying to do work in my account and my API KEYS are banned. I do not understand how a fully paid for ecommerce store with monthly fees $39.99 and the fees are paid in full until July 2025 per Katheryn from Sellvia. What is the problem?
