  • Hi @qtld , thanks for mentioning our plugin and tried it! Sorry that it doesn’t eet your expectations. We are curious to know what we can do to make our plugin more powerful. We love to have feedbacks, it helps to improve it. We just updated the Free Version with Personal Access Token support.

AirPress is not updated since 3 years now so it became risky to use it anyway that’s why we proposed ours cause we loved it and used it.

Do you know that we propose a paid Pro Version with more functionalities released one month ago with Personal Access Tokens included ?

For now, we don’t know any others things that can do the sync between WP and Airtabel except Air WP Sync (you should probably check with SAAS like Pabbly or Appy Pie) or Automation products like Zapier or Make.

    Thanks again!

    Hi,

I find your plugin easier to setup but not as free to use (as far as I understood).

Airpress allow you to integrate airtable data in any simple page on your wordpress, wich allow me to put things in a nice way like here :

    https://camescoop.be/lens/elite-spherical25-80mm-anamorphic50-160mm/

    https://cinematek.hopto.org/index.php/s/Screenshot_airpress

But you plugin look like you can oly create custom “post” and not pages. So it stop me to be able to customize the presentation.

And cherry on the cake, it is not free !

    Best.

    Thanks for your feedback.

With the Free version, you can create Articles and Pages, set up one connection and set up some sync settings (manuel or recurring: once a day and once a week). We choose a different way than AirPress. What you show me is totally possible with the Free version but maybe you’ll have to change some structure in Airtable (for example, put the description in one field).

With the Paid version, you can create CPT and Custom Field on-the-fly, Unlimited connections and configure Sync settings (recurring when you want and instant via a webhook).

Yes, we have a paid version, we have to eat! ??

    I hope you’ll find a way!

    Regards.

Off course you have to eat, but paying 129 a year for a plugin seems not a good move for my small company who has only one website. If I was able to buy it only one time at 100, why not, but subscription fee is too much, that’s the same reason we left Adobe behind few years ago to go to open sources software without subscription.

And still to spend that, I would need to have the ability to use your plugin in a way that I can customize the apparence (in gutenberg editor like airpress for exemple).

    Thanks.

I think it means that you can use AirPress like a PHP framework or API, allowing you even update records from WordPress, or making listings inside a page, without needing of sync, like this: https://eliasgomez.pro/podcasts

Sorry, if you have a business and the solution to your problem costs just 129 for a year and you think it is too much, you need to charge more for your service. You don’t have a business, you have a hobby. Charge your customers more and then you can afford the 129 no problems. The price you charge is whatever you want it to be and all business expenses should be recouped by your income and still leave you with a healthy profit. Stop asking others to lower their price and charge your clients more

Sure, thank you for your input, Mr. Capitalism !

You don’t know what I do, so please don’t write in this topic except to answer the original question.

    Best.

@nisitkumar I have removed your response to this old article, since you don’t really contribute the to topic itself, but rather just try to promote your services (which we regard as spammy).
