I already contacted support through the chat they have on the website, i gave full access to my hosting and wordpress accounts, they told me maeby it is cloudflare, i deactivated it, the dns servers have just changed but i still cant activate the product.
You had an error in the “Dirección del sitio (URL)” field (“Ajustes generales”), instead of https:// it was specified https://. As soon as they changed, everything worked, check it!
