API Key not being Saved?

  • Hi there!

    I am attempting to use your plugin and when I insert my API key and hit save, the API Key field is left blank and I cannot fetch stock data. The Key isn’t saved.

    What should I do to fix this?

    WordPress: 4.9.2
    PHP: 5.6.31

    Thank you for reporting this issue. Please tell me:

    1. Which version of Stock Ticker plugin you have installed?
    2. Is that fresh new installation or upgrade of pre-3.0?
    3. Do you use single WP installation or multisite?
    4. If you use single WP, does API key get saved with default WP them? If so, what theme you use?
    5. If you change any other setting of plugin, does that option get saved or also reset to default?
