API Key must belong to “Owner”, “Admin”, or “Manager.”

I am actually the owner of the website and mailchimp account and i am just copy paste the API key into the plugin but that’s the error is see: API Key must belong to “Owner”, “Admin”, or “Manager.”

Thank you for the post. I see how that would be problematic – in this case, it would be beneficial to write in to the MailChimp support team to allow them to take a peek at the connected MailChimp account. Do you mind writing in following the steps outlined here: https://kb.mailchimp.com/accounts/management/mailchimp-support-options#Contact-Support ? Please include a link to this form, the first 4 numbers/letters of the API key in use, the steps being taken leading up to seeing this error message, a screenshot of the error if possible, and a link to your site.
